Lower Silesia - where to go?

The international airport is located in Wrocław - Wrocław ? Copernicus Airport. The A4 motorway and A18 motorway run through Lower Silesia. Lower Silesia is one of the most visited regions in Poland.
It is famous for a large number of castles and palaces (more than 100), inter alia: Książ Castle, Czocha Castle, Grodziec castle, Gola Dzierżoniowska Castle.
There is also a lot in the Jelenia Góra valley. The most widely visited city is Wrocław. The Festival of Good Beer is held every year on the second weekend of June. Most often affects the local climate and the lack of many tourists in this area.
In which the Polish side should you choose if you want to spend your holidays in nature? The answer to this question is not simple.

Many attractive tourist regions is visited by crowds of tourists and this means that we have less and less contact with the located there flora and fauna.

Therefore, we plan a vacation outside the tourist season then Gorce, Tatry and around Biebrza will certainly be much more peaceful than if we would choose in this area, for example, in the summer.

Tatra mountains

The Tatra Mountains, Tatras or Tatra (Tatry either in Slovak (pronounced ?tatri) or in Polish (pronounced ?tatr?)- plurale tantum), are a mountain range that form a natural border between Slovakia and Poland.
They are the highest mountain range in the Carpathian Mountains.

The Tatras should be distinguished from the Low Tatras (Slovak: Nízke Tatry) which are located south of the Tatra Mountains in Slovakia. The Tatra Mountains occupy an area of 785 square kilometres (303 sq mi), of which about 610 square kilometres (236 sq mi) (77.7%) lie within Slovakia and about 175 square kilometres (68 sq mi) (22.3%) on the territory of Poland.

The highest peak, called Gerlach, at 2,655 m (8710 ft) is located north of Poprad.
